    • ]]>     Random pool management is a great tool for promoting safety in your workplace. Knowing a test is possible will discourage a light user from indulging and a chronic user will change jobs or change habits. Random drug testing is a true deterrent in the workplace. Each person on the roster has an equal opportunity of being selected each quarter.

    The Council on Alcohol and Drugs provides quarterly selections for your company after a roster is submitted electronically. Having a third party manage this process takes out the suspicion employees may have of their supervisor profiling them, if they are selected multiple quarters.
